We produce shaped self-adhesive cut-outs from single-sided and double-sided adhesive tapes. Thanks to more than 22 years of experience, we can cut them out of a wide range of materials with different properties (hardness, thickness and colour). We have a large number of tools at our disposal and we are able to design the shape of the die-cut exactly according to the customer's requirements and ideas. Our products are used in the automotive, electrical, mechanical and furniture industries.
The actual process of shape self-adhesive die-cutting is done by laminating silicone paper or foil onto adhesive tape, then either a cut or die-cut is made and the desired shape is wound back onto the roll or left loose in some format. We always recommend testing the application of the tape on a new die-cut on a sample, which we will be happy to provide. We produce shape self-adhesive die-cuts on a horizontal machine - up to 10 mm thickness and on a rotary machine - up to 3 mm thickness.
We also specialize in the production of fingerlift die-cuts. Fingerlift can be applied to almost any type of double-sided tape, whether it is foam, polypropylene or polyester. It is primarily used to facilitate the handling of adhesive tapes and die-cuts.
Fingerlift is basically: the "beak" of the carrier paper (liner) where there is no glue. The adhesive is removed from the edge of the liner (carrier paper) in a width according to the customer's requirements or, for die-cuts, according to its shape. We produce both die-cuts - lines, shapes, and fingerlift in the entire length of the adhesive tape (50m roll).
Usage:
Remove the cut-out from the carrier paper and glue it to the desired place. The cutout is still covered with a liner with fingerlift. For final assembly, simply remove the liner with the fingerlift and glue the final product. The advantage is that the application is fast, precise, clean, safe and efficient.
